Used Machinery Coordinator
Department – Sales
Reports to – Sales Director
Location – Can be based at either our Chilbolton branch SO20 6BL, Blashford branch BH24 3PE or our Dorchester branch DT2 7UA.
Job type – Permanent
Hours – Full time, Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
£40,000 – £50,000 per annum DOE

About you
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive individual with great communicating skills to be our Used Machinery coordinator which will involve overseeing our Agricultural and Turf machinery across the whole company.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring used equipment stock across the group.
- Collaborating with sales teams to provide detailed information on available used machinery.
- Manage logistics for the movement of machinery between depots and to customers.
- Support the marketing team in advertising the used machinery by providing them with the inventory and technical specs.
- Complete and manage the administration for exporting machines.
- Monitor website statistics and relay to sales directors which machines need reviewing.
- Keep the dealer business system up to date.
- Work towards KPIs set by director board.
Qualifications and Experience
- Previous experience in industrial equipment, used machinery, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of machinery logistics and transportation regulations is a plus.
- Knowledge of export requirements is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
