As Used Equipment Trainee, you’ll be essential to our sales team, learning the fundamentals of selling machinery to domestic and export markets. This role offers hands-on training, exposure to a diverse range of machinery, and the chance to develop valuable customer relationship skills in a supportive and growth focused environment.

Your responsibilities as a Used Equipment Specialist will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle.
  • Learning and executing our sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Building strong relationships with farmers, contractors, and other agricultural professionals.
  • Assisting in the assessment and preparation of used equipment for resale, ensuring it meets quality standards.
  • Providing assistance during customer visits and product demonstrations to ensure a smooth and informative experience.
  • Gaining familiarity with our CRM system to accurately log customer interactions and sales activities.
