Role overview
  • Supports the creation and the maintenance of the UE policies on pricing, evaluation, purchasing and manages inventory.
  • Has a sound knowledge of the used equipment market and maintains this knowledge through trade buyer contact, visiting auctions, farm sales, etc.
  • Provides information and recommendations on the appropriate market value.
  • Ensures that UE will be prepared, revised, displayed and advertised in a timely manner. May demonstrate machines to potential customers.
  • Maintains professional UE display and communication of what is available and in a saleable condition.
  • Supports the identification of new used equipment customers.
  • Supports in marketing activities such as trade shows and used equipment clinics.
  • Assists with logistics, including import and export.
  • May travel with Sales Professionals or technicians to customers for accurate appraisal and evaluation of used equipment.
  • Ensures trade in machines are collected on time, match the appraisal form and have all relevant attachments and accessories included.
