Our Sprayer Technicians work on some of the most advanced technology within our product ranges, this is a unique specialism in agriculture. Sprayers leverage some the of most advance technology to support our customers with several different types of spraying applications.

Whether you’re currently working with sprayers or looking to move into our industry we will offer full training and development to support you. With our industry leading partners John Deere and Mazzotti you will be working with the best in this category. In addition to service and repairs, our sprayer team support our customers through undertaking NSTS (National Sprayer Testing Scheme) testing and optimisation of their products.

Our Technicians report into our Service Managers and are the key to us ensuring we provide excellent customer service and keep our customers machinery and investments operational. The role is split between time in our state-of-the-art workshop and out in the field (literally) repairing, servicing and maintaining our customers machinery. When you’re not working with sprayers you will be supporting all our other franchises and product ranges working on a variety of machinery such as tractors, combines and other implements.

What we are looking for:

We require someone that is a qualified engineer working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems – you will likely be working with machinery or vehicles already. Ideally you will already be a qualified and competent Agricultural Engineer with sprayer specialism or experience with sprayers – although this is not essential.

You will demonstrate to us your overall ability to communicate well and have customer focused values that align to our own. You will be a team player but also comfortable with lone working when required. Given our industry sometimes the hours are long, you will have the flexibility to work the required hours for the job which increase during the busier months based on demand. Overtime is paid for these hours.

In addition to the above, you will be able to demonstrate you not only have the required skills and values but also have the commercial acumen to align to our customer focus and commercial business operations.
