Salary: £35,000 per annum

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Full time Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

Location: Any of our branches – SO20 6BL, PO38 3LT, SP3 4RX, BH24 3PE, DT2 7UA, BA5 3ER, TA5 1HY

About you

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and proactive person to join our service department as a service contract coordinator. To be successful for this role, you will have a good understanding of service contracts, organisational skills second to none and be able to effectively communicate with people at all levels. You are naturally very proactive, quick at problem solving and conscientious in your working style, always working to the best of your ability.

About the role

  • Support the sales team in selling service contracts.
  • Full responsibility for all the companies service contracts from creation to communicating service alerts and ensuring all contracts are signed by the customer.
  • Manage the application of extended warranties.
  • Liaise with manufacturers where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in an Agricultural Service is preferred but not necessary.
  • Competent in using Microsoft office including Excel.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work from your own initiative.
  • Keen to learn.
