Precision Ag Specialist

Essential Duties

·         Supports the sales team to demonstrate, configure and order precision ag products and services.

·         Demonstrating, installing, and offering support to customers

·         Consults customers in optimising performance, reducing costs, operating efficiencies etc

·         Perform pre-delivery set up and installation of precision ag technology

·         Support the service department with resolving precision ag related issues

·         Provide precision ag training to customers

·         Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospect customers

·         Manages on going relationships with key John Deere personnel

Skills and Qualifications

·         1 year experience in an agricultural related role

·         Familiar with John Deere and competitive products

·         Knowledge of Precision Ag technology an advantage

·         Proficient understanding of electrical systems and computer systems

·         Excellent customer relationship skills

·         Ability to work in a team environment

·         Good oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills

·         Keen to learn and develop with ever changing technologies
