Parts Sales Advisor/ Part Administrator (m/f/d)

J & S Montgomery are a family run agricultural machinery dealer, providing sales and service of tractors and agricultural machinery in the west of Scotland. We are a leading supplier of Global agricultural brands, dedicated to delivering a first class service to our customers.

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic person to join the Parts Sales Department at our Beith Depot, selling parts and services to customers and processing purchase invoices.

*Answer the telephone and reply to emails.

*Process customer enquiries.

* Sell parts and services to meet customer needs.

* Check parts purchase invoices are correct and input them into computer system.

* Receive incoming orders and locate parts in the correct storage locations.

* Assist in keeping the parts department and merchandise areas clean, stocked and organised.

*Work extended hours and weekends during busy periods.
