PA / Sales Administrator
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable PA / Sales Administrator for our Chudleigh depot.
To provide support for the General Manager and Used Equipment Manager, as well as working alongside the administration team within a busy office.
- PA for General Manager & Used Equipment Manager
- Lead for used stock processing, including sales invoices.
- Answering calls and dealing with enquiries
- Supporting sales consultants and covering for other sales administrators
- Registering machinery products
- Inputting of supplier adjustments as required.
- Maintaining and managing stock levels and updating accordingly, stock checks and monthly lists
- Generating quotes for stock items
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Confident in the use of computer, with ability to learn new systems.
- Highly organised
- Attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to work within team but also on individual basis.
