We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operations of our office, and providing support to all teams. The Office Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining an organised and efficient workplace environment.

Essential Duties:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming calls, emails, and visitors, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Organise and maintain physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with on-boarding new employees, including arranging orientation, setting up workstations, and providing necessary resources.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial documents, such as invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to track and reconcile office expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing meeting materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
