Groundcare Mechanic – Full Time

Are you a hands-on mechanic who enjoys working with a variety of garden and groundcare equipment?
Join our friendly and professional team at Mona Tractors, where every day offers something different. We're looking for a reliable and skilled Groundcare Mechanic to help keep our customers’ equipment running smoothly.

Your Role Includes:

  • Servicing & repairing lawn mowers, ATVs, battery tools, and 2-stroke equipment

  • Diagnosing faults and carrying out maintenance in the workshop or on-site

  • Keeping your workspace clean, safe, and organised

  • Delivering excellent customer service and representing the company on visits

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience as a mechanic (or similar role)

  • Confident using hand tools and diagnostic equipment

  • Good knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques

  • Can work independently and manage your time

  • Friendly, reliable, and happy dealing with customers

  • Comfortable using basic IT systems (job cards, reports, etc.)

  • Full UK driving licence required

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm

  • Weekend Rota: 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:00am – 12:00pm)

  • Overtime available
