Role overview

Ripon Ground Care, is part of the Ripon Group, a family owned multibranch agricultural and ground care dealership covering 13 sites within Yorkshire, Teesside, Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. We are responsible for the sale and aftersales support of a wide range of turf machinery and products.

We require a Grounds Care Service Technician to perform diagnostics, service, repair and maintenance on customer and dealer owned, horticultural equipment. This includes commercial turf-cutting and maintenance equipment, compact tractors, and utility vehicles from leading manufacturers such as John Deere, Redexim, and Trimax. While most work will take place at our depot, occasional on-site servicing at customer locations will be required.

Essential Duties

· Perform diagnostics, service, repairs and maintenance on horticultural equipment

· Perform pre-delivery set-up on new or used equipment

· Complete administration tasks (including time sheets and job cards)

· Maintain a clean workstation at all times

· Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

· Participate in training programs to enhance skills and technical knowledge.
