You will also be part of the wider Finance / Administration team and be flexible in your approach. We are looking for a real team player.


  • Preparation of all financial reports, including departmental income statements, balance sheets, VAT returns, and external reporting as required.
  • Develop dash board reporting for departmental use. Extracting and presenting insights from database.
  • Payroll Experience would be a advantage
  • Reviews reports and analyses projected sales and profit against actual figures, budgeted expenses against final totals and suggests methods of improving performance or processes as appropriate.
  • Prepares annual accounts to final TB stage including schedules for external auditors.
  • Maintains total confidentially at all times (e.g. customer purchases, accounting records, personnel records, etc.).


  • Qualified or part qualified with experience of similar position.
  • Previous use of Microsoft365 products including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent in Excel, with previous experience of dash board applications – Power Bi, Pivot tables or similar.
  • Excellent analytical, business planning, problem solving, and motivational skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy, organisational skills and ability to work to and achieve by an agreed timetable.
