As a Depot manager, you will be responsible for the overall implementation of activities and objectives set out for the St Columb depot and engage, develop, and manage team performance.

Leading from the front, you will ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner in accordance with our vision to provide “Premium Support for Premium Products”. You will need a passion for providing great customer service and ability to work in a proactive manner. You will work to support our Senior Leaders in stock management, equipment preparation, servicing & repairs, workshop utilisation and transport to drive our sales and aftermarket growth ambitions.

  • Overall responsibility for Depot project and activity implementation
  • Pro-actively engage with customers and staff.
  • Uphold Depot maintenance standards.
  • Ensure all Operating Procedures are adhered to by all members of staff.
  • Overall responsibility for the customer experience delivered within the depot.
  • Support customers telephone and/or counter enquiries for parts/sales/service.
  • Manage holiday, sickness and absence leave for the Depot.
  • Opening and closing of the depot on a daily basis, ensuring all aspects of security within the depot
  • Identify and instigate depot improvement required.
  • Cover for absent members of staff within your Depot undertaking their duties.
