Agricultural Service Manager / Foreman

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Overseeing Technicians within a service workshop environment
• Promote product support services to current and new customers.
• Ensure all work is carried out completely and effectively and the service team record details of diagnosis, and components utilized in line with company and manufacturer standards.
• Contacting Customers to advise on work progress and completion.
• Monitoring work in progress and closing jobs in a timely manner.
• Department phone answering
• Time Approval for Technicians
• Mentoring, coaching, and training Technicians.
• Assisting Technicians with Diagnostic queries
• Proactively contacting customers, including Customer visits

PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience as a manager within a service role with good technical knowledge.
• Able to think on your feet, resolve problems, organise, and prioritise workloads.
• Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers to provide a very high standard of service.
• Confident in the use of Computers, with ability to learn new systems.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as required.
